Hello, my friend and welcome to Aviva Consulting! I'm Laurel Perlow (she/her) BCBA, founder and CEO. I'm so glad you're here.

Aviva Consulting is the culmination of my education, career experience, and life long passion for advocacy. After graduating with my BA in Political Science from the University of California San Diego, I worked for roughly fifteen years in the non-profit space meeting and advocating for vulnerable populations. I completed graduate level course work in the Master's of Social Work program at University of Wisconsin Madison and later completed my Master's in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University with a 4.0 GPA. I wanted to become a more informed parent and learn more about neurodiversity. Most students in my cohort had plans to become special education teachers or Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to work in a clinical setting. Early on in the program, I realized the clinical and classroom settings were not my path.
