In the event that individual employees are surveyed, please note that anonymity is our primary consideration as it builds the necessary trust to collect genuine responses. Following data collection the implementation plan is reviewed and executed. We work with administrators to shape the strategic action plan and list of recommendations according to your goals, timeline, and budget.
